How we see the world is how we experience it; sometimes what we are seeing is through the lense of a memory which once served us well. Perhaps its time to thank that lense for it's service and choose a new, more nuanced lense to experience a new level of richness in what we see.

This is a mantra I have developed over the years of accessing therapy and developing my practice as a coach and a facilitator. I have found it incredibly useful as a metaphor as a starting point for working with coachees. It is based on the powerful, yet simple belief that we are all whole and do not require any fixing. That transformation can come from the opportunity to enter in to a space where we can reflect, learn, understand and experiment with a new way of being.

The core underlying current here is to understand our needs, what is important to us and how those decisions get made.

How does it work?

To take part you simply have to register for the free programme and complete the two steps including an online personal values assessment. You will be asked to pay a commitment fee which will then be refunded, so long as you attend the session, you can even reschedule the session upto 48 hours before if you need to. The session will take place on Zoom or a phone call - your choice.

Ed has over 12 years experience as a facilitator, trainer and consultant working across the public, charity, co-op and private sectors, developing the way organisations work with people. Ed is a 'recovering over-achiever' having had a meteoric rise in his career. At aged 28 he was performing well in the role of CEO at an organisation, but struggling with having a space to develop the required skills to progress. He realised that much of the leadership and management training available to freelancers as well as small and medium sized organisations are outdated for the emerging workplaces and complexity of the 21st century world of work and don't prepare people to thrive in this space. Ed still works as a leader and has set out to create a very different kind of leadership and organisational development learning experience. Ed also lives on a narrowboat; he travels on the canals around Greater Manchester, which gives him an interesting and different perspective and the flexibility to choose where to be based.
